Hi, I’m Sara
TL;DR…
I’m an artist, a gatherer of misfits and a touch obsessed with the words we use and the worlds we build le chéile, together.
In my neck of the woods, we get to question the rules, make a bit of a mess, change our minds and, mostly, just figure things out as we go. There’s no one right way to create, connect or belong.
The only rule for acceptance? Do no harm.
Have a wander. See what might catch your eye.
We’ve got ourselves a reader…
You’re that rare unicorn who reads a whole bio ;) Thank you for stepping into my chaotic creative world 🫶🏻
My work encompasses visual art, community building and current training as a ceremonial celebrant.
My creative work is messy and intentional in equal measure, reflective of the neurospicy lens through which I navigate life. It’s work that asks questions, instead of pretending to have all the answers. Rarely limited to subjects or themes, but broader feelings, and nearly always evolving in style.
This year I am also embarking on training with Entheos Ireland to become a celebrant and explore a deeper, more connected way of holding space and ceremony.
In the in-between moments, I love spending time trying to nurture my corner of biodiversity in my teeny suburban Dublin garden with my husband and three kiddos, trawling Vinted for gems and dreaming of our next travel spots. I’ll also never not be shouting for a Free Palestine, end to genocide everywhere, down with colonialism, no to capitalism and freedom for, like, all of us.
Ní saoirse go saoirse gach uile dhuine.
None of us are free until all of us are free.
